Our Key Services

  • Preemployment medical assessments ensure that new hires are physically and mentally fit for the job, reducing the risk of injury and long-term health concerns. These assessments are tailored to meet the specific demands of the role and the physical & mental requirements of the workplace.

    Services Include:

    • Comprehensive Health Screening: General medical examination to assess physical fitness for work.

    • Role-Specific Screening: Job-specific health checks based on physical demands (e.g., lifting, manual labor, safety-critical roles).

    • Orthopaedic & Neurological Assessments: Specialized evaluations to assess the musculoskeletal and neurological health of employees.

    • Drug & Alcohol Testing: Testing to ensure employees are fit for safety-critical roles.

    • Mental Health Assessments: Evaluating psychological fitness, particularly for high-stress or high-risk roles.

  • We provide a comprehensive workplace injury management process under the workers’ compensation scheme, ensuring fast recovery and minimal downtime. From initial injury management to full rehabilitation, we ensure a holistic approach to recovery and return-to-work planning.

  • Our recovery-at-work programs are designed to support injured employees during their rehabilitation, allowing them to return to work with minimal disruption.

    Recovery Features:

    • Modified Work Duties: Employees can take on modified duties suited to their physical capabilities during recovery.

    • Ergonomic Adjustments: Adjusting the workplace environment to suit the recovery needs of the employee, such as providing supportive seating or adjusted workstations.
